and one count of making a false statement on immigration paperwork. authorities believe he bought rifles for farook and his wife to use during the deadly attack in san bernardino on december second. jessica rae: a massachusetts judge has ruled bill cosby's wife will not be removed in a case of defamation by seven accusers against the comedian. the judge granted her motion so she can appeal the december 31st order requiring her to be deposed by attorneys of the seven accusers. the judge agreed with her motion if the deposition went forward at this time it would cause "irreparable injury" to her. the women are accusing cosby of sexually misconduct. here they are side- by-side. as you can see, the pork tenderloin is much aller than the pork loin. in the market, you'll find this whole, cut into smaller roasts (about 2-3 pounds each), or into boneless chops. as for the tenderloin, they may be small, (weighing in at only about a pound each) but they are super tender and very lean. and talk about versatile. we can throw them on the grill, saut them in a skillet or roast them and they're done in no time. today, we marinated a couple in some olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and a few spices before roasting them off. and when we serve these sliced and topped with an easy throw-together homemade black bean salsa, are you ever in for a treat. as a matter of fact, the recipe for our, "pork tenderloin with black bean salsa," as well as a bunch of other pork

several executive orders that add hundreds of f-b-i and a-t-f agents, expand ckground checksks and increase funding for mental health care. many families impacted by some of the deadliest attacks in our country are now reacting to the president's new gun control plan. reporter mary moloney has the story. "surrounded by the families and victims from mass shootings, president obama announced multiple executive actions on gun control. (president obama) every time i think about those kids it gets me mad, the tighter restrictions are welcome news for those impacted by gun violence. "but it isn't the law abiding citizens that's usually creating thehe problems. it's the people with mentnt health disorders...people that are...there's evil in the world. there's gang issues, and maybe the president should look at the city where he came from," said woodbury county sheriff drew. the state of iowa already has background checks in place for gun purchases and permits. riemenschneider says at the federal level, congress and the president need to work together,. "i defiently don't think that doing it by executive action is the way to do it and try to or without congress," said ririenschneide. a manhunt is underway in northeast nebraska as authorities in the niorbrara area try to find a man who got out of police custody. the knox county sheriff's office and multiple other agencies are searching for david hoffman. he's described as a 5'10" 150 pound native american man last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. they also say he has a distinctive tattoo on the front of his neck. businesses and schools in niobrara, as well as niobrara state park, had to be put on lockdown yesterday while police seaeahed the area. jessica a e: a former band director at norht high school who was accused of sexual misconduct by a school employee has pled not guilty. according to court documents, sursely entered a written plea of not guilty to charges against him after police allege sursely sent explicit text messages to a 15 year o o student of north high as well as a lewd picture late last year. sursely stepped down as band director at north high a few days

show is taking place at the university of south dakota... in the dakota dome in vermillion... today and tomorrow. joining us for a preview of the show is dennis morrice from k-l- e-m radio good morning dennis. dennis: good morning, jessica. the dakota farm show is considered to be one of the midwest's largest indoor farm shows, and this year they are celebrating their 33rd year in the dakota dome in vermillion. the farm show offers area farmers the latest in farm technology, focucud on improving yields, reducing costs, and managing risk. this year's farm show features a wideariety of exhibits and displays with over 290 different companies. show manager penny swank offers an overview of the annual event. " (as said): "well, yeah, the show runs from nine to five, and thursday from nine to four. we have about 590 booths in here, and 290 companies, and we have 50 new companies in here. the dome has kind of grown, so we always have the same amount of people, but we have new and different

here, too". dennis: the dakota farm show runs for three days having began yesterday. swank says despite the fact that farm income s lower this year, manyarmers are still showing interest in the featured equipment, and she says there are plenty of buyers among the lookers. (as said): "well i would say it is a little bit of both. i mean people are...people are buying, but, i would say they are...they're being leary on what they are buying, and being more conscious of it, but, they're still buying". jessica rae: dennis, what are somemef the new exhibits that are attracting farmers' attention"? dennis: jessica, one item that is catching on, and you may not initially think about it as having an agricultural connection, but drones are a popular item at this year's farm show. swank says there is an exhibitor at this year's dakota farm show that is featuring the new aerial machine, and several farmers are asking questions.
